{"id":13857,"date":"2015-05-14T14:22:30","date_gmt":"2015-05-14T12:22:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tyrving.idrett.no\/10\/f\/?p=13857"},"modified":"2015-05-19T16:29:53","modified_gmt":"2015-05-19T14:29:53","slug":"13857","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tyrving.idrett.no\/10\/f\/2015\/05\/14\/13857\/","title":{"rendered":"KM stafetter i Nittedal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fra oppmann gutter 13 \u00e5r &#8211; Lene Buseh &#8211; har vi f\u00e5tt denne rapporten fra KM stafetter:\u00a0<!--more-->Tre stafettlag fra Tyrving G13-14 deltok p\u00e5 KM i stafett i Nittedal onsdag kveld.\u00a0 Gutta \u00a0gjorde seg bemerket med seier i 3x600m ( Aleksander Holmboe, Brage Buseth Hammerstad og Nikolai Holmboe) &#8211; \u00a0og 3. plass etter spurtoppgj\u00f8r om 2. plassen til Halvard, Sander Berger Hartmann og Sebastian Helgheim. \u00a0I tillegg ble Sander, Brage, Nikolai og Aleksander kretsmestere p\u00e5 4x60m stafett ogs\u00e5.
