P\u00e5 1000m stafett for kvinner l\u00f8p Petra Stepankova, Helene R\u00f8nningen, Marie Skj\u00e6ggestad og Amalie Iuel inn til 2.09.00 og tok en overlegen seier.<\/p>\n<p>I spyd ble det dobbel pallplass p\u00e5 unge Sondre H\u00f8yland og Kasper Sagen. Sondre kastet 66.58 for s\u00f8lvet og Kasper tok bronsen p\u00e5 66.16. P\u00e5 kvinnenes 800m leverte ogs\u00e5 Mina Anglero, og tok en fin bronse med tiden 2.10.99. Katarina M\u00f6genburg tok sitt andre s\u00f8lv p\u00e5 mesterskapet i reserve\u00f8velsen tresteg med et hopp p\u00e5 12.59. Frederik Jahr gikk i treningskompis Katarinas fotspor og tok s\u00f8lvet i herrens h\u00f8ydekonkurranse med et hopp p\u00e5 2.05. Han hadde ogs\u00e5 flere gode fors\u00f8k p\u00e5 2.08.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 guttenes stafett ble det femteplass med tiden 1.57.83. Laget bestod av Lars St\u00f8len, Jonas Halonen, Kenneth Gulbrandsen og Didrik Warlo.<\/p>\n<p>Tyrving endte da opp med fem gull (Amalie 2x, Helene 2x og stafett), fire s\u00f8lv (Katarina 2x, Frederik og Sondre) og tre bronse (Kasper, Mina og Ane), og ble med det nest beste klubb i NM!
