Dette betyr at alle v\u00e5re grupper kan starte innend\u00f8rstrening fra og med i dag. Treningstidspunkt og sted vil v\u00e6re det samme som f\u00f8r jul.<\/p>\n<p>Vi jobber med \u00e5 f\u00e5 p\u00e5 plass en gruppe til i B\u00e6rum Idrettspark for \u00e5 kunne gi et tilbud til de som st\u00e5r p\u00e5 venteliste. Dette fordrer at vi f\u00e5r mer kapasitet i hallen, vi kommer tilbake til dette s\u00e5 snart vi finner en l\u00f8sning.<\/p>\n<p>Under trening gjelder f\u00f8lgende regler:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alle som trener m\u00e5 v\u00e6re registrert i Spond<\/li>\n<li>Om mulig skal det holdes avstand mellom ut\u00f8verne<\/li>\n<li>Maks 20 personer i hver gruppe<\/li>\n<li>Bruk antibac b\u00e5de f\u00f8r og etter trening<\/li>\n<li>Ikke kom p\u00e5 trening hvis du er syk, har symptomer eller er i karantene.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"B\u00e6rum kommune \u00e5pner opp igjen for idrett og aktivitet for barn og ungdom under 20 \u00e5r.
