Du kan melde deg p\u00e5 3km, 5km og 10km. Dersom du er av den ekstreme typen kan du ogs\u00e5 delta p\u00e5 Fornebutrippelen hvor du deltar p\u00e5 alle distansene. I Nansen parken arrangeres Budstikka Barnel\u00f8pet for barn mellom 4 og 10 \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Du har ogs\u00e5 en unik mulighet til \u00e5 ta ny norsk rekord.
