Skal du bli sprek b\u00f8r du unne deg 1-2 gode &laquo;h\u00f8ypuls\u00f8kter&raquo; hver uke!\u00a0 I tillegg anbefaler vi \u00e5 fylle p\u00e5 med s\u00e5 mange &amp; lange langturer (gjerne p\u00e5 bortover-ski) som ambisjoner\u00a0+ tid\u00a0+ ork tillater. Og stikkordet er <em>regelmessig trening<\/em> &#8211; det tar tid \u00e5 bygge kondisjon, og det er ingen snarveier&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Ogs\u00e5 du som trener\/ konkurrerer mye p\u00e5 ski b\u00f8r vedlikeholde l\u00f8psformen med minst en l\u00f8pe\u00f8kt i uken.
